Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Customers of Urbanstore have access to a "Easy return policy," which allows them to obtain a replacement for a product within one day after delivery.
Step 1: Within 1 business day of receiving the order, email our customer support team at [email protected].
Step 2: Send us the information for your order ID and your request to replace your order.
Step 3: We will pick up the products in 2-4 business days. Kindly submit an opening video of the product (required for replacement). Only if the products are sent to us in their original packaging with all of their seals, labels, and barcodes intact will we start the replacement procedure.

 

Can I place a cash on delivery order for goods?

Yes, we provide a cash-on-delivery service. To use this service, you must pay a 100 rupee advance at the time of ordering.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Please give your order 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
We try our hardest to ship every item in your order within three working days of the order date. However, during holidays, discounts, or other extenuating circumstances, it could take up to 5 working days or longer.
